Door in our bathroom didn't close properly!!! Corporate parties noise might disturb other guests, especially at night!!!

this hotel is definetly misrepresented. the sound insulation is horrendous, you hear everything from neighboring rooms. the breakfast was laughable, with stale, cheap bread served. I requested a simple room upgrade, being such a distinguished guest, and was met with a blank stare. Such mediocrity. I almost gave it a good review but just coudn’t.

The hotel had a decent indoor pool area, although a bit cold, it was still refreshing after a long day. I also found the meals quite enjoyable, especially dinner upon arrival.

Parking situation's a mess if you need accessible spots. one disabled space often full with no enforcement whatsoever. The wellness area’s opening times were misrepresented online, limiting access significantly. Rooms felt outdated, with 90s-era showers and some broken, rusty appliances. Breakfast options were disappointing, featuring cheap ingredients that didn't match the prices.

Great value for the money! The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options. Really nice swimming pool, and the staff lent me a charger when mine was broken. Pet-friendly vibe, we brought our Great Dane!

The twin room was clean and comfortable with premium bedding, and the breakfast was a delight—plenty of options with a tasty spread. The indoor pool and jacuzzi provided a great way to unwind. The location near the A4 road made it super convenient for travelers.

Clean twin room, comfy beds and a nice seating area. Air conditioning was a bit weak tho. Great breakfast with plenty of options, and a nice indoor swimming pool plus sauna. The hotel has a fitness/spa locker room too. decent place to chill.

It was just a good pick for a mini-vacation in Katowice with fantastic value. The dinner we had was surprisingly delicious, making our stay feel special.

Cozy room, delightful breakfast, with the coffee being particularly tasty and the service friendly, adding to the enjoyable stay, and the free parking made exploring the area a breeze.

Stayed for a wedding ceremony in katowice and quality silesian exceeded my expectations! the room was clean with a coffee machine, and the breakfast had a great variety. everything felt modern and well-prepared.
